Editorial Policy

How MindMeet researches, verifies and publishes.

Our job is to make complex buying decisions easier without hiding the evidence, uncertainty or tradeoffs behind the conclusion.

Research before verdict

MindMeet separates research from evaluation. We gather product specifications, claims, pricing, competitive context, published evidence and patterns in customer experience before forming a conclusion.

The evaluation layer — MindMeet Signal — is described in detail on our Methodology page.

Human judgment + AI-assisted research

AI and research tooling help us examine more information, compare sources and identify inconsistencies. Human editors remain responsible for context, category definition, calibration, factual judgment and the final published verdict.

AI does not independently publish MindMeet conclusions.

How we treat evidence

We prioritize evidence according to what the question requires. Sources may include official product documentation, labels and pricing, peer-reviewed research, clinical-trial registries, regulator or government sources, recognized third-party testing, independent editorial reporting, review platforms and community discussions.

We distinguish between what we can verify directly, what a company reports, and what remains uncertain. A company claim is not treated as independently established evidence simply because it appears on an official page.

Corrections and updates

Products, pricing and evidence change. When we identify a meaningful factual error or receive a credible correction, we verify it and update the research record. Material changes may also lead us to revisit a Score, Category Position, Confidence level or editorial conclusion.

Readers and brands can flag potential inaccuracies through our contact page.

Commercial independence

MindMeet may earn affiliate commissions or work with brands on sponsored research. Commercial relationships are disclosed, but they do not purchase a favorable verdict.

Brands can fund the research. They can’t fund the verdict. A commercial relationship cannot purchase the Score, Category Position, Confidence, lens conclusions, editorial Take or factual conclusions.

See our Affiliate and Commercial Disclosure for more detail.

Informational purpose

MindMeet content is provided for informational purposes. We work to be accurate and current, but no research page can capture every fact, circumstance or individual need. Readers should use their own judgment when making purchasing, financial, health or other decisions.
